Cooking classes will resume in August, 2010.  Check back for the upcoming class schedule.

Start the new year off with a cooking class offered by EAT! A Personal Chef Service.

Would you like to learn a new cooking technique or learn how to get a healthy dinner on the table in no time at all?  EAT! is proud to announce the class sechedule for January and February of 2010.

Each individual class will last approximately 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours. Class size ranges from 4 - 6 participants and will be demonstration and participation depending on the recipes.  Generous samples of all recipes prepared will be shared by the class.  Classes are $50 each.

Scheduled classes take place in my home kitchen at 12 Newstar Ridge Road, Sparta, New Jersey.  Please email me at amy@eatpersonalchefservice.com or phone me at 973.723.5878 with your registration request, noting the class you would like to attend.  Payment for classes must be made to secure a spot in your desired class.

We will discuss tried and true crock pot recipes and how to select, care for, and use your crock pot.  Attendees will take home an entree to prepare in their own crock pots the next day!

Note -- the cost of the crock pot class will be $60 to cover the cost of the class and the entree the attendees will be taking home.
