Who is the Chef?

I am Amy Casey and have been cooking for most of my life.  Food is not only my profession, it is my passion.  My love of food began early in my life, and I learned to cook from the many fabulous cooks in my family.

I am constantly researching new recipes and cooking techniques to keep current with food trends today.  I decided to share my love of food and founded EAT! A Personal Chef Service.  I want to offer you outstanding food personalized to your own tastes and prepared in your own home.

I am fully insured, certified in food safety with ServSafe, and a member of the United States Personal Chef Association.
